‘Avengers: Endgame’ Spoiler-Filled Review

WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD

Seriously, this review contains major spoilers. If you haven’t seen the movie, and don’t want it spoiled, do not proceed.

April 26 was the official release of “Avengers: Endgame,” and it did not disappoint avid fans of the Marvel franchise.

“I was laughing and shocked throughout the whole movie,” junior Pablo Martinez said.

In the first half of the movie, it reveals how some of the remaining Avengers – Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow, War Machine, Ant-Man, Nebula and Rocket – use the Quantum Realm to go back in time to retrieve the infinity stones that have yet to be taken by Thanos.

Along the way, they go through some challenges retrieving the stones as some come face to face with their past self or the fear of alternating the past.

“I was curious on what was going to happen next after one thing happened after another,” junior  Daisy Garcia said.

One major disaster that happened in the movie is when Thanos past self figures out the Avengers plan to reacquire the stones he previously destroyed. That will soon change the course of the Avengers plans.

“I was surprised when Thanos appeared since I didn’t think he would appear again after his head got chopped off,” sophomore William Taylor said.

When all of the Avengers come back to the present, Dr. Banner (Hulk) volunteers to snap his fingers, since he may be the only one capable to withstand the force of the infinity stones.

Everything seemed to go smoothly for the Avengers until Thanos appears and comes back to retrieve the stones. When the remaining Avengers seemed no match to him, all of the Avengers that were disintegrated appear and help defeat Thanos.

“I was amazed when all of the vanished Avengers returned,” sophomore Alfred Avorque said.

Sadly Iron Man makes the ultimate sacrifice that would put all of the Avengers in despair.

“It was really unexpected when Iron Man took the gems and died,”  sophomore Steven Rodriguez said.
