The Class of 2018 held its senior prom at the House of Blues venue in Downtown Dallas on April 28. The Class of 2018 had one last dance before graduation on June 8.

Class of 2018 sponsor, Nurse Rebecca Cherry, was very excited for Saturday.

“I’m just so happy it’s finally here,” Cherry said. “I’ve been planning this for four years now, and I’m glad it’s finally coming to fruition. I just hope all the people going like what we’ve got for them.”

Prom night shaped up to be an eventful evening, with hundreds of dollars worth of raffle prizes up for grabs, door prizes, flip books with photos, a live DJ with a light show, and a candy bar. Cherry confirmed that the various raffle prizes included TVs, gift cards, PS4s, and much more.

Every year, the graduating class hopes to outdo every other class with their prom. 2018 was no different with the entertainment and food being provided hoping to be above and beyond what was offered before.

The Class of 2018’s prom was a last hurrah for the graduating seniors before the graduation ceremony on June 8, and the seniors will surely remember their big night for years to come.
