Volleyball
The Lady Patriots volleyball teams started out the season playing against the North Mesquite Mustangs. Varsity played a commendable 3 sets, winning all of them. JV had a minor setback losing 1-2 games.
“I believe all of us could’ve played better,” junior Maya Lyles said.
The freshman team also won their games against the Mustangs 2-0.
“It was fun,” freshman Rose Badiru said. “We’re very supportive of each other”
Overall, the Lady Patriots started the season very well and managed to overcome their difficulties.
