Lunch Line Crisis
The lunch lines at Lakeview Centennial are extremely long and it’s turning into a big obstacle. With only 30 minutes of allotted lunch time, getting there, standing in line, and buying food, time goes pretty fast.
“It’s annoying because sometimes I don’t have enough time to eat, they need more lunch lines and options,” senior Ousainou Cham said.
With over 700 kids attending the school, the cafeteria can get very crowded very fast, and most students have to rush to get there.
“I have to sometimes walk fast or run to get to the line first so I won’t be tardy,” freshman David Utomi said
During C lunch on B days, the Italian lines are longer than the others.
“They have better food than the regular free lunch lines,” senior Federico Castillo Jr. said.
